Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $100!
Shipping Rates & Delivery For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note:
- Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@stliquidation.com and we'll make it right.
